Pull-up pants are disposable and are suitable for moderate to severe incontinence.  They are especially handy where ease of use is a priority although many of our customers prefer them to disposable pads. 

The design of these pants has been improved.  You can wear them just like normal underwear or with stretch briefs.   All our pull-up pants are soft and breathable so they are really comfortable.

Arelle now offers pull-up briefs in 2 ranges of absorbency.  Higher absorbency pull-ups may be useful at night.

You can make big savings by buying pull-ups in case quantities.
